 Piotr Stączek, advocate, is the founder and principal of this Law Office. He specializes in litigation in the field of civil and business law. He also represents clients in family law and labor law cases and practices as defense counsel in criminal proceedings. He represents both individual and corporate clients.
 Piotr Stączek graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration, Wrocław University, and from the Université de Strasbourg, where he obtained the Diplôme d'Étude Supérieure Spécialisée en Politique Publique en Europe (DESS). He initially worked with the international law firm Gide Loyrette Nouel, where he was responsible for legal services to firms with French capital. He also worked as an advisor to companies in the building, chemical, and services sectors. He served his legal internship as an advocate trainee under the guidance of Professor Eugeniusz Piontek, Doctor of Laws (see references). He also attended many seminars and conferences (including a seminar on European law at the College d'Europe in Brugge). His interests include literature and international politics.

  Rafał Koniecek, advocate, graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration, Warsaw University. Since 2006, he has been a member of the District Bar Council in Warsaw, where he served his legal internship as an advocate trainee under the guidance of dr. Hanna Gajewska - Kraczkowska. Rafał Koniecek gained professional experience working for several law firms including Domański Zakrzewski Palinka, the largest law firm in Poland. He also worked as head of the legal department at the University of Finance and Management in Warsaw. He specializes in criminal law, civil law and labor law.

 Zdyb Michał graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Łódź. At present he is in charge of the tax department in one of the greatest Polish computer companies. He previously worked for MDDP Michalik Dłuska Dziedzic and Partners, and other leading tax advisory firms in Warsaw. A recognized tax expert, Mr Zdyb contributes to Przegląd Podatkowy, Gazeta Prawna, and Profesjonalny Serwis Podatkowy.

  She graduated from the Faculty of Canon Law of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University, earning a master's degree. At present she is a doctoral student at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. While a student Katarzyna Magnuszewska gained professional experience in canon law, training at the Metropolitan Court of Warsaw. She also worked with “Kanonista” Canon Law Office. Ms Magnuszewska specializes in providing legal assistance in the field of canon law to persons seeking to secure a declaration of the nullity of marriage.

  Joanna Wędrychowska is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration, Warsaw University. She also studied International Relations at the College of Interdepartamental Studies in the Humanities, Warsaw University. As a law student, Joanna Wędrychowska cooperated with the Academia Iuris Foundation, providing free legal aid to indigent people.
At present, Ms. Wędrychowska is serving her legal internship as an advocate trainee.
